What method of payment does The ShadowPlastic Label accept?
We accept all the major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, AmEx Discover.
Are the transactions secure?
Most definitely! We use the Google Checkout System which is secure and fast. Any information you provide us requires extensive checking and double checking before it’s transmitted using 128-bit encryption technology. We will never sell or use you personal information for any other use but to process your orders and/or keep you up to date with The ShadowPlastic Label.
How do you ship?
We ship everything using USPS. You can choose Standard Domestic or Priority for orders inside the US. For international orders we use Global Priority Mail.
What about the rates?
All Standard Domestic shipping is FREE. Other shipping methods are calculated during Checkout.
What is the turnaround on my order?
It take approximately 24 hours to process orders. All standard release shirts are shipped the next business day. All hand-printed exclusives ship out 3 days after the order is processed.
Standard Domestic Shipping takes about 5 to 7 business days after item is shipped. Priortiy Shipping takes about 2 to 3 days after item is shipped. All items are shipped from our Brooklyn, NY studio warehouse.
Can I return my order?
If for any reason you would like to return your order, please email service[at]shadowplastic[dot]com. We will in turn provide you with a return address and instruction on how to send items back. All return items must be in the original condition they were shipped to you. Upon review, we will issue a store credit, item replacement or refund. All returns must be made within 30 days. If you received an item by mistake or an incorrect item, we will pay for the return shipping.
Can I cancel my order at any time?
First, check and double check the item, item numbers and quantities in your shopping cart. Make sure this info is all correct. If you need to change quantities, colors, items, etc., please make sure you do so BEFORE clicking the submit button.
You have 24 hours to cancel an order from the time you hit the submit button and we receive it. While we will try our best to stop the order before it’s shipped we cannot guarantee the cancellation at any time. If you receive a canceled order please ship it back to us in the original packaging WITHOUT OPENING THE BOX. We will not credit your account if the box has been opened and we will treat the returned items as a return order subject to the terms mentioned above.
